Did you apply for last year’s Nigeria customs recruitment exercise that took place online around December 2024? We are pleased to inform you that the shortlisted names have been released and the eligible applicants are called to write the NCS CBT training that is scheduled to take place by September.
According to the management of NCS, the CBT training is scheduled to be held from 14th to 21st September 2025. From the message published by NCS on their official X(Twitter) handle, candidates should check their email and look out for any shortlisting message from the agency.
Candidates who are shortlisted for the Nigeria Customs Service recruitment exercise should take note of the following points;
- Check their registered email addresses and phone numbers regularly for updates.
- Note that only those who passed the first stage of scrutiny are invited for the CBT.
For applicants seeking enlistment into the Superintendent Cadre (Level 8), there will be an additional CBT after this stage of the exercise.

The Nigeria Customs Service stated that only candidates who are shortlisted will begin the second phase of the recruitment. This means only those who received a message from NCS will be allowed to sit for the CBT exercise, and only those who pass the CBT exercise will move ahead to the next step as outlined by the agency.
Furthermore, the Nigeria Customs Service reiterated its dedication to ensuring a transparent, merit-based, and credible recruitment process.
Finally, for those who wish to glance through the past questions of the Nigerian Customs Service, they should do well and send us an email, available on our contact us page. Please note that this service is not free.
And to further reiterate, there are currently no PDF-organized names; all shortlisted candidates are to check their email only.
For further enquiries, kindly let us know or report to the official handle of the Nigeria Customs Service.
This update comes as part of NCS’s broader efforts to strengthen manpower capacity and improve service delivery across its operations.
