The Management of the 3MTT Program are sending out emails to ask applicants to update their profiles. This is an important step if you want to be one of the first 30,000 candidates chosen in the early recruitment phase.

To do this, you should go to the 3MTT (Three Million Technical Talent) portal and update your profile. You’ll need to tell them which course you want to take, and your level of experience, and answer some questions. The answers you provide won’t affect whether you get selected; they just help figure out the best way to help you learn.

To be shortlisted for the 3MTT Program, here is what to do

1. Verify Your Email: Click on this link (https://app.3mtt.training/register) and use the same email you used when you applied to finish your registration.
2. Set a Password: Once your email is verified, they’ll ask you to create a secure password. This password will be your key to getting into the 3MTT portal and using its resources.
3. Complete Your Application: After you’ve signed in and set your password, you’ll need to give more information to finish your application. This includes confirming the course you want, your experience level, and answering some questions.

Make sure you finish your application by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, November 12, 2023, to have a chance to be one of the first 30,000 fellows (that’s 1% of the 3 million they want to reach). They’ll let you know if you’re picked for this phase by November 15, 2023.

If you don’t get chosen for this first training round, don’t worry. Your application will still be in line for the next one, and you’ll be part of the learning community. They’ll provide you with support and more resources for your learning journey.
