SPBO Account and Data Deletion

SPBO respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your SPBO account and the data associated with it, what information is deleted, what information may be retained for a limited time, and how subscriptions are handled.

How To Delete Your SPBO Account

You can delete your SPBO account directly inside the app.

Steps:

• Open SPBO.
• Go to Profile.
• Tap the Delete Account option.
• Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app and need help with account deletion, you may contact SPBO support using the contact details listed in the app’s support section or privacy policy.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your SPBO account, we will permanently delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your account, subject to limited retention obligations described below.

This generally includes:

• your SPBO profile information
• your account identifiers associated with SPBO
• your display name, where linked to your account profile
• your saved favourites
• your in-app preferences tied to your account
• your status posts, captions, and related uploaded content associated with your SPBO account
• your follow relationships and blocked-user relationships
• your in-app interaction records associated with your account, such as likes, shares, and similar social activity where deletion is supported in our systems
• your SPBO wallet or coin-related profile records, where applicable
• other personal data stored in connection with your SPBO account, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons

Data That May Be Retained For A Limited Time

Some information may be retained after account deletion for a limited period where necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

This may include:

• security logs
• abuse-prevention and fraud-prevention records
• records needed to investigate policy violations or disputes
• limited backup copies retained temporarily in secure backup systems
• transaction or subscription verification records required for accounting, tax, legal compliance, chargeback handling, or platform reconciliation
• records required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforcement requests

Where retained, such information will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and then deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention practices.

Subscriptions And Billing

Deleting your SPBO account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play.

If you subscribed through:

• Google Play: you must cancel your subscription through your Google Play account
• Apple App Store: you must cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings

Platform billing providers may continue to retain certain billing or transaction records under their own legal and operational obligations. SPBO does not store your full payment card details.

Third-Party Services

SPBO relies on third-party service providers to operate parts of the service, including authentication, cloud storage, notifications, billing, advertising on supported platforms, and football data services. When your account is deleted, SPBO will delete or disconnect personal data within SPBO-controlled systems and will process associated deletion actions in connected systems where applicable. Some data handled by third-party providers may remain subject to their own retention requirements, legal obligations, and backup cycles.

Deletion Timing

We aim to process account deletion requests without undue delay. Some deletions may happen immediately, while certain connected systems, backups, or retained compliance records may take additional time to be fully removed.
